Family Services:

Family Therapy: $200 per hour

Counselling: $150 per hour

Court Services:

 

All Court services must be paid in full in advance

 

(additional children/party $500 per child or adult) 

 

Family report: $8000 

​

Child Impact Assessment: $5000

​

Reportable Family Therapy: $300 per hour

Additional costs associated with the provision of a Court Report

​

Court appearance costs 

$200 per hour with a minimum two-hour charge, including one hour preparation.

 $400 deposit to be paid when put on notice for cross examination .

14 days' notice must be provided for cross examination (fees negotiable for urgent requests) 

If Court is cancelled within 14 days of the planned Court date, the deposit will be forfeited.
