Kylie has been working alongside children and families as a Social Worker to achieve safe and positive outcomes for children for almost twenty years.

 

During this time Kylie has supported children and families in a range of different contexts, including counselling of children and young people, in home family support, statutory child protection and leading child safeguarding programs in Australia, Myanmar, Thailand and the Pacific region.

 

Kylie has six years experience working as a Family Consultant or Court Child Expert with the Federal Circuit and Family Court and for half that time she led a team in a senior role.

Kylie utilises a strengths-based, child-focussed approach to supporting families and tailoring safe, meaningful and unique interventions specifically for the family she is working with.
